We also have Afro-Latinx Communities and Afro-Latinx Forums that are devoted to the study of Latin American women and culture, with particular emphasis on Latinx culture, history and social life, as well as on Latinx women who identify as female, especially but not exclusively so. Afro-Latinx Communities have a community name, AfroLatinx. Afro-Latinx Communities are intended to provide a safe space for Latina/os to participate in the discussion of topics and topics related to the experiences of Latinx women and people of Latinx descent.
